ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ КОМПЛЕКСІВ ОРЕНДНОГО ТА СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ЖИТЛА У 1920-30 РОКАХ

У статті досліджено трансформацію комплексів орендного та соціального житла у 1920–1930-х роках у контексті глибоких політичних, соціально-економічних і культурних змін після Першої світової війни. Проаналізовано еволюцію житлової політики та архітектурно-планувальних рішень у європейських країнах, зокрема у Великій Британії, Веймарській Німеччині та Радянській Україні.
Особливу увагу приділено формуванню нових типів житлових комплексів, ролі держави та місцевої влади у регулюванні ринку житла, а також впливу модерністських ідей на планувальну структуру, типологію квартир і вирішення фасадів. На прикладі берлінських житлових комплексів 1920–1930-х років, зокрема проєктів Бруно Таута, а також конструктивістських соціалістичних поселень Радянської України простежено перехід від щільної квартальної забудови до будівель, оточених відкритими, озелененими просторами та наповненими стандартизованими квартирами та кімнатами. Показано, що напрацювання цього періоду заклали основи сучасного розуміння соціального та орендного житла і залишаються актуальними в умовах нинішніх житлових криз.
